Limited choices and some items were cold . I experienced a shortage of towels and bath mats, which became a bit of a hassle. Staff responsiveness varied. I had to make multiple calls to get necessary amenities. Despite these issues, I appreciated the cute front desk staff, particularly MS NICOLE, who ensured I felt at home.

The staff was the best! We stayed for their New Year Celebration and everything was set up wonderfully. The food was delicious and the rooms are spacious, with soft beds, made for a comfortable sleep. I appreciated the free underground parking and the convenience of a large shopping center right across the street, which enhanced my overall experience.
